Ryan "Campy"

At the age of 72, went to be with his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ on Sunday, January 21st. Survived by his special bride, Beverley (nee Squire) of 47 years, daughter Christie and partner Kelly and son Benjamin. Proud and special Pappy to Cayden, Crayton, Kendyl, Kailani and Kynsie. Also survived by one brother Cory and many nieces and nephews. Campy was retired from the Windsor Jail as an operational manager and was a military reservist for 15 years earning a Canadian Decoration (CD) and a Governor General Award. Since Campy’s retirement, he actively volunteered at the Windsor Jail and at the Southwest Detention Centre. He also worked part time for the Superior Court as a court services officer and for the Essex Dental Lab. Campy was an avid motorcyclist and active member of the Heaven’s Saints Motorcycle Ministry. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at the Reid Funeral Home and Reception Centre, 87 Maidstone Ave.E. Essex (519 776-4233) from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. A Windsor Veteran's service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Visitation will continue on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Reid Funeral Home and Reception Centre, 14 Russell St. Leamington (PLEASE NOTE CHANGE OF ADDRESS to 14 Russell St, LEAMINGTON, ON) from 10 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 11 a.m. Burial to follow at Erie Memorial Gardens in Leamington.
