Obituary of Robert 'Bob' Shpaiuk

Shpaiuk, Robert 'Bob' Bruce
72 years, passed away peacefully, at his home, on Saturday March 14th, with loving family by his side. Bob will be greatly missed by his loving wife Diane (née Larivière), daughter Luwana Mercer (husband Roger) of Cottam and son Dwayne Shpaiuk (wife Aubrey) of Moose Jaw. Bob's grandchildren: Mikhaela, Pacen, Kolter, Cassandra, Tuckyr, Kyp, Josée, Madyxx and Vayda will forever hold a special place in their hearts for the wonderful memories he has left them with. Bobby is dear brother of Tuni Pagnutti (husband Doug) of Leamington (their children Will and Mandy) and son of the late Helen Shpaiuk-Duncan and the late Harry Shpaiuk. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by the Trusz, Shpaiuk and Larivière families, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Bob worked tirelessly at Best Western in Leamington and in Moose Jaw at Temple Gardens Mineral Spa and Wayne & Laverne's restaurant. Every year, he lovingly laboured over gingerbread houses and his Christmas village. Bob enjoyed spending time with those he cherished most and has left a legacy of knowledge and advice to the many who sought it. A sincere thank-you to all those who were involved in his care over the last two years. A gathering of family & friends to celebrate Bob's life will take place at a later date.
